this is a funny case of person suing for fraud.

A leddy driving down a highway at 57 mph and sees as store nearby so she stops and wanting to buy to eat something. She sees a bunch of apples in the basket fresh, and red. She buys them they were qiet expensive, after she lives with her apples she noticed the store owner sold her rotten apples, put the fresh ones on top, and all the rotten ones on the buttom, so she goes back to the store and demnds answers why she was sold rotten apples. After ferw weeks she sues him for selling rotten apples to her, Now in the court she claims he used fraud to hide the rotten apples on the buttom, and the guy brakes his silence, miss you are suing me for fraud what about you?
