of course there is....name (first name, then last name), social security number, gender, sexual orrientation, avlot, what car do you drive? what do you do? how many bank accounts do you have? how many credit cards (and don't forget to mention the credit limit on each one). Last but not least..In 500 words or more, describe what do you like to accomplish by being here?

Your application gets approved on first come first serve bases. You should hear a response pretty quickly after you submit your application.

Its also quite interesting how licensed brokers started calling themselves "bankers" when all loans are serviced thru third party lenders.

I am a loan officer in the mortgage Bank. In my bank, we fund loans, u get your bill from us..So, we not a third party. Yes, sometime we do sell loans out, but only if we get a good deal.

First of all you need to do the search on what doeas Lending tree mean, because I dont really have time to get into details here. You need to be working in the bank, to understand what and how.

Dont you know the difference between loan officer and Mortgage banker?? There none, it means the same thing, if you represent your bank, you are the Banker..
