Why so many divorces in the USA in our community?
What steps in your opinion must be taken to reduce the rate of the divorces in our community? It is proven that education is not enough to build a family so is financial status. What do u think is missing? WHo is to blame?
Most of our younger generation does not want associate themselves with religion in their future family. Is this the cause?

this talk show was a show nothing more. Did not rasie the real issues in our community. Eto bila reklama dlya sozdatelei etogo show. Mnogo ludei sidelo i molchala a kogda takoi kak ya viskazal svoe mnenie mnogi stali obizhatsya i govorit zachem ti eto skazal..............

To answer your question Jewishguy,
I believe that too many people today give into the "material" the "physical" world, rather than the "spiritual" one. if people fear God and follow His rules, maybe things would be different.

i agree........i wish a lot of girls had the same kind of thinking as u do.
I say girls because i happen to know a lot of cases where girls are very materiastic and want a lot. Zabili oni odnu pogovorku....bez truda ne vitashish ribku iz pruda.......

More psychologically imbalanced, and malnurished people who blame their spouses for their feelings of unhappiness.. Men resort to drugs and adultery for a taste of new "high" while neglecting their wives.. Or wives who get bored (in their perception) of their husbands and decided they never loved them in the first place.. Causes are mainly:

Lack of spirituality
Over Materialism (coveting thy neighbor- jealousy/competition)
Environmental Stress (additives, cosmetics, foods, pollution, prescription drugs)
Stress from the work place
Malnutrition/borderline nutrient defiencies

This divorce rate would have been high back in USSR, if people's mentality would have been same as it is now. Not to pass judgments on anyone, however, i think, new generation is more liberal, and often refuses to deal with the issues that previous generations have dealt with. It could be financial, emotional, or simply different mindset- people don't take marriage seriously. Also, I think life here, is more demanding than it was back in USSR. People are still learning and adjusting. We are still, a new generation, that is still in the process of adapting and assimilating. Give it some time.

Actually that is the problem. This country's abundance of "freedom" tests every individual's capacity to how loyal and unselfish they can act towards their spouses and ultimately their family.

Once again it all comes down to egos and when times are great (or very bad), one's ego tempts him/her to seek out their own selfish needs regardless of who they hurt in the process. You can relate this to the "evil inclination" in Judaism which I see as our ego's dark side.

In many cases today, divorce has turned into a luxury and excuse where wives and husbands selfishly feel the need to fulfill their ego's.

Indepence seems to always be your excuse for divorce, which ultimately goes back to SELFISHNESS and fulfillment of the needs of the ego, with no desire to share life with another by their side..

I think the divorce rate here is so high becuase it is such an easy way out for people. They know that if the slightest thing does not work out they can get a divorce. Our generation (unfortunatly) does not care much about actually dealing with problems or taking the time to sort things out. Nor do they think of what it might do to the family
or to one's name.
Altogether, I have to say that people lately get married for all the wrong reasons; girls get married to get out of the house, to get some madly-wanted freedom and not out of the will of actually having a family and everything that comes with it.
I know many may disagree with me, but that is just my opinion....

No I am not referring to any substances that you are taking. All i am trying to say is that you should not read into/over analyze my or anyone else’s posts.



I said it many times before, and I am going to say it again. People have different opinions, and nothing wrong with that. You can post your disagreement without insulting that person. This is the only problem I have with your posts. You have been responding like this not only to my posts, but to other members' posts, as well. And i brought that up with you few day ago, in pm's.



Also, I think we should stop this, whatever that is going on here between you and me. So, I apologize for saying/writing anything negative in regarding to you.
