View Full Version : Banned from Bukharian.com website

As I was attempting to login to Bukharian.com this evening, I received a message saying I have been banned from the forums.

And why you may ask? Last week I posted a hypothetical question simply stating: "Hypothetically speaking -- how do you think should a religiously observant person be punished if he blatantly LIES to his Jewish congregation/community?" In all honesty, I was innocently curious and had no idea it amounts to the grounds for getting banned.

I'd like to know what others think about this situation. :innocen:

does speaking hypothetically/less hypothetically somehow break forum rules? is it sufficient ground for being banned?
frankly, I can't believe you're justifying that admin's behavior since you yourself was once a victim of abusive authority LOL

Admins have gone mad! they place these forum rules, and then arrogantly BREAK THEM! They ban people left and right! Well, they're the ones who should be banned :cerenad: LOL

It just that your post stirred certain things that were not supposed to be touched. And some particular people threw some names around, and that should not have been done. I really think everyone should abstain from starting this war between the sites. This is ridiculous. Whatever it was that lead to creation of new sites, is already in the past. I think it will bring more destruction to our community if we will start pulling things from the past, mixing them with the present, and completely destroying the future. Some things simply should be left where they are. There is no need to carry dirt from one house to the next.

Tsippa, you cranked me up! LOL
Who is causing war between the sites???!!!
Check Bukharian.com Admin’s post:

"Those who left our organization were real traitors! I do not wish to name anyone, but they left for one purpose: to make money! When one builds something based on hatred and jealousy, G-d does not help and unfortunately for them they all fail now! As you can see by the posts on the other sites, they are pretty jealous about this unity! "

Is that sane to you, Tsippa??? Did you even try to correct this madness on that site? Did you post the same text about "keeping the past in the past" on that other site? Why not Tsippa? Are you afraid to be banned? LOL Well, you should be.

Now you seem to be logical person, so you SHOULD understand that any drastic action such as banning needs a valid ground. Breaking forum rules is that valid ground. Everything else is an abuse of power. Can you at least agree on that? Now, go to that site and read "forum rules", then point to me which rule I broke. Thanks in advance.

Keep in mind -- today it is me, tomorrow it MUST be you. That is the way dictatorships operate. Fight for fairness and combat special interests. :happy05:

Tsippa, rules in that website are not harsh, what's harsh is an abuse of power.
Forum rules are there for members as a guideline during a discussion process.
Admin's responsibility is to execute those rules fairly and justly.
What happened there is a complete breakdown of all rules and regulation -- a member was banned for no apparent reason.
I hope same thing never happens here or on any other website. :)

We still haven't figured out what your avatar is supposed to symbolize and what your intentions/goals are on these Bukharian websites. Can we have some background on you? Unless ofcourse you'd prefer to keep it confidential. You see, I would recommend you be forthcoming and tell us more about yourself as opposed to us assuming the worst about you. For all we know, your some radical Bukharian christian convert trying to spread the influence and instigate conflict within our community.

Mr Inquisitor,

Many of us here are victims of such abuse, so together we will all try to live in peace here :innoc04:

But as suggested above, please, let us not discuss the wrongdoings of some during this week before the 9th of Av.

But there must be a method for releasing stored frustration. In Japan, companies have special rooms where employees enter to scream and punch a punching bag to vent :). Talking simply doesn't cut it sometimes my dear.

My friend,

b.com is a really cool site. Just like this one, it has its own exceptionalities and unique features that attract members to sigh up. In fact, they are all great. I agree each site differs in management style. And that’s what cool about it. A misunderstanding happens. I am sure if you explain to Admin what you meant by your question, he will understand and give you back your log in. There is a possibility that the site has taken you for somebody else or your avatar has caused the problem or you violated the rules of b.com which you have missed while reading. Even a sentence makes a difference. Get the feedback and see what happens.

Good Luck

Ilya
