I love the ones with the apricot filling. :tongue21:

Hamantashen are those triangle shaped cookies with filling in them :) . We eat it on Purim.

By the way, I recently got an excellent recipe for it. If people are interested, let me know.

Oh, OK, I just ate them in the past couple of days (and some time before too) -- very effective way to gain weight. So if you try to do that, the recommendation is to stick with it. :)

Actually, it's quite tasty.

My favorite filling is an aprecot. I also like teh bukharian hamentashen a.k.a. Kulchi Qandi(Qani).. :)

Is it the same thing as plain kulchya?
I went to friends house and her mom wouldnt let me leave until I took some of the kulchya she made home. I love Bukharian mothers :)

Its also known as Kulchi Roqani, its round and has some puppy seeds on top... :tongue21:
