Any favorite spots in the city or otherwise? In summer Central park is the best place to hang out. It is near a "globe." Alot of single and lonely girls in bikinies laying on the grass and sun tanning. It is like in a beach. Two weeks ago I went there with my friend. It is a nice place to pick up hot girls. Any favorite spots in the city or otherwise? My hang out place is at Barnes & Noble. There I can have some peace for reading, writing, and even having some coffee. I also like walking a lot in parks and observing nature. TheSpiritualOne 08-17-2005, 12:21 PM In summer Central park is the best place to hang out. It is near a "globe." HedgeFundBoy 08-18-2005, 02:42 PM i don't understand what you mean. explain please. I was saying that Central Park can be too crowded and "touristy", particularly the more popular areas. QueenofLilies 08-19-2005, 11:52 PM Comedy Clubs are great in the City!...always in for some good laughs lenkacutie 08-20-2005, 11:44 PM Unfortuantely summer almost over... however, there are tons of places where young single pple can hang out. Mainly it depends with whom you want to hang out. (meaning types of pple and so on...) There are great places in Manhattan and in brooklyn..... Tssipa 08-21-2005, 01:34 AM I know where they hang out, in piu bella (if that's how it's spelled) or on sheepshead bay :D crispy 08-23-2005, 12:34 AM Your better off asking them what shul they go to.. Most members are very "observant" to my knowledge.. perhaps to your surprise and disbelief, Torah observance encourages and enhances cultural growth. Moreover spending time in Shul, as you put it, or discovering the teachings of Torah, gives us a better picture of the world and how to appreciate G-d's doings. Not even a blossoming fruit tree is left without notice; it too gets a barachah in the early spring. I am an observant Jew and the only thing the Torah prevents me from doing is screwing up my life. but again, the choice is mine. Executive 08-23-2005, 12:36 AM I know where they hang out, in piu bella (if that's how it's spelled) or on sheepshead bay :D Piu Bello smells horrificly.. That place is screaming for a renovation. I prefer Oasis in bayside, or Omonia in Brooklyn. Emmon's avenue in sheepshead is also nice lately I agree. Jew4Life 08-23-2005, 10:10 AM I know where they hang out, in piu bella (if that's how it's spelled) or on sheepshead bay :D Piu Bella??? I cant stand that place! I see(since I work above it) soo many bukhs there every single day and night, I dont knw how tehy eat there... :mad25: HedgeFundBoy 11-15-2005, 11:53 PM Your better off asking them what shul they go to..
