Obviously, we all know who he is, what he is and how rich he is. But Bill Gates is so often seen as the bad guy in much of the technology world. All sorts of rumours are floating the net such as he's the real antichrist, etc.

But just recently, he gave away $83M to fund a global TB vaccine, in October last year he gave away $168M into tackling Malaria with a focus on Africa. He has set up The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and donated $200M towards AIDS research and has invested $400M into India, teaching IT skills to many people in that country and subsequently providing a healthy future to a third world country. Also, his companies products have provided work for many of the worlds population and has helped greatly in creating a very lucrative industry that is commonly know as Information Technology.

So why is he still the bad guy?
