Anyone know any interesting paradoxes in science? and rational arguments or contradictions..?
Consider...
Zero plus zero = Zero. If something has extension (in either space or time) then it is divisible. What is it ultimately composed of? If it is composed ultimately of extended things, then they are divisible, and they cannot be the ultimate constituents. If it is composed ultimately of unextended things (point-moments for time, or point-locations for space), then the unextended things have zero magnitude. But zero plus zero = zero, and they cannot be any constituents of extended things, and there cannot be any extended things at all. Our preception of durations of time, extended regions of space, and the changes that could only take place in durations of time and extended regions of space are mere illusions. There cannot be extended things at all.
Is this true?

This is a paradox of extention of measure, also know as paradox of plurality created by ancient philosopher Zeno..

Only recently proven wrong... this paradox is very famous.
