I was at a lecture and I heard that how we prepare for Shabbat parallels how we prepare for the next world. The more you prepare for Shabbos the more you enjoy it. Similarly the more you prepare for the next world the more you will enjoy it there.

You mean the more tired you will get and then when you crawl to your bed at night you will sleep like dead person without feeling anything.
