Hey everyone i been trying to figure out this riddle for a while, i just thought of it one day still can't solve it. IF a person is standing at the center of the north pole or south pole what time is it at that point?

For those of you dont know why i'm asking this question is because all the time lines of the world converge to one point at north and south poles.
