Can somebody help me find a case which deals with Athletes (or Sports)where a minor disaffirmed his contract.

hmmm, we had a client(athelete) when i worked in a Law Office. it was a deep case, unfortuantely cant tell you much about it since the case is still in process... :innoc04:

is the contract based on consideration, if yes he/she is obligated upon the agrement sets besides them, Technically, minor can disafirm under age of 18 he can surely not obligated to pay or stick to the contract, he can return it does not matter how long he prchased the item, this is what society tells us to do "not deal with minors", also always have someone who is older of 18 to sign a contract with the minor. once they are 18 they are bound to that contract.
