Is Verizon really RELIABLE?? Or are they just infatuated by now by their fame and demand by subscribers?

The reason I am asking is that at my company we always had a bad reception in our new building. Due to this the company undertook a project where they had all the major cell phone companies participate and absorb some of the cost for the installation of cell wave receivers to heighten the reception in our building. All agreed and participated except Verizon. :conf:

So are they still commited to the "customer service"?

maybe it's 'cause the signal verizon has is strong enough w/o additional cell wave receivers?

I agree - Verizon and me have been having issues lately. I am considering switching to T-mobile this week. Any happy T-mobilites?

I canceled my T-mobile, I did not like their Customer Service. Maybe for some it's not the reason to cancel the service, but it wasn't like I called them once and then desided to cancel the Servise. I'm shopping for Verizon or Nextel now.

I've been planning to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon for the past 3 months (don't ask -- couldn't "find" time actually to do it).

The primary reason is that there are only very few spots in the place where I live where the signal goes through. Verizon -- anywhere and with full strength. They are more expensive, but I think they have good reasons for that.

Also, T-Mobile recently had a publicized SNAFU -- the records of lots of their customers have been stolen (mostly on West Coast, but still...)
