To me gender would not matter I have a strong self endurance.
Tongue plays a big role, but also you have to count in: sure voice intonation, face mimics and body language, in other words you have to be a very good actor, plus your strong, undivided eye contact with your opponent plays a very crucial role in having a successful dialog.

takogo pomoemy esho ne bilo. My many assumptions about men are usually accurate. So in other words I'm never really surprised. Many behaviors are usually expected.

There is a book called "Secrets of Successful Negotiating for Women" by Wendy Keller. I'm still in the middle of reading it. It's good stuff. :)

At work, physical therapists have to negotiate their contract with the hospital. Apparently their lawyer did not do such a good job. So now a male PT was trying to convince his female co-worker to go and get the job done, because as he stated, she is a woman and she can use her ways (i don’t know what ways he was talking about) and that because she is a female she will be taken seriously. Meanwhile she was asking him to go instead, because he seemed to know more about the legal matters regarding that situation. I thought that she had a good point, for why she wanted him to speak. But I felt that he simply is a coward, who is afraid to put himself on the line, and as a result was coming up with all the pointless excuses.
