www.pcmall.com should have them for cheap, they also deliver for free sometimes.
there are different storage spases avalable. abviosly the bigger space the more songs you can upload to ipod, but the price varies based on the storage space
one of the disadventages of ipod is that the battery dies fast.

you can try Beit Gavriel "108st Shul" - I think they have them for sale. Or you can try "Gift world" store on Main Street. Sidur contents are the same but the cover will not have the "71st synogogue" on it.

depends how often and for what purpose you use it for. I bought a 7.2 megapix, sure the quality is great, but i have yet to take pics with 7.2. I set it as low as 3 m.p, and happy with my pix. Cannon is known for the best red eye resolutin and other great features, but if you are skilled with photoshop, alot of the things the camera has to offer is just too many buttuns to play with.
I'm still an ameture with a digital camera, maybe someone who is more knowlegeable can have input

my brother bought such siddurim from R' Nissanov's shul for $13 couple months ago. If you are bying in bulk In Isreal you can get them for as low as $4-$5 each.
