Wake up about 15 minutes after the alarm goes off and start nagging my husband to wake up and get himself into the shower for the next 15 minutes --> sleep another half an hour --> wake up (and promise myself that i will go to bed early from now on) and very quickly get myself ready for work, pack my lunch and my hubby's and make his breakfast --> work --> at work mentally create the day's agenda such as cooking/laundry/clean something/read/iron/shop/community work/etc. --> get home tired and only get to do about 2 of the 5 or 6 things planned for that evening, wait for hubby to come home, feed him dinner and watch tv on the couch with him until 12 or so.

If its got caffeine, then its a stimulant that in the long term drains the brain even more.. Ne nuzhna! Her products are a cocktail of G-d knows what. Shes all marketing.. Est ochen mnogo horoshih naturalnih preparatov dlya uluchenia rabospasobnost, pamyat, y mnogo drugova.

My favorite happens to be the adaptogen by the name of "Rhodiola Rosea". It originated from Altai, Siberia. In Russian is is called either Zolotoi Korin, ile Rodiola Rosavaya. Some US manufacturers make a decent product (at 100mg) in the morning to start. But I prefer a Russian product (best quality) I order online called: "Родаскон". The extract was given to Soviet cosmonauts and athletes during the 1960's and 1970's.

There is plenty of literature on Rhodiola Rosea. Not to mention a book written by 2 Harvard MD's last year. Its called the Rhodiola Revolution. Beacause this plant is simply amazing at what it does.

if there's traffic it takes me about an hour to get to work/home. if there's no traffic it takes me about 15-20 mins to drive. I live around 15miles from work. :innoc08: I'm starting to hate driving and seeing the highway all the time.

Not boring at all. In fact, there's never a dull moment. There is always a million and one things to do on any given day. I love knowing that there is always a lot on my agenda. My typical day starts with a typical night. :)

My current preference of spending the night is largely by sleep. :)
At some point, I wake up. It's usually fairly early in the morning.

Then there's breakfast (Sun-Fri). I love that part. :) (Sat is ossobennyj den').

Then on to commute to work. Work. Lunch. Work. Then commute back home. At some point in the evening I may elect to eat. :)

Interestingly enough, there's hardly any television watching, though I may add some in the coming weeks and/or months.

A typical day will involve some studying, some reading, some relaxation, some chores, some dating or dating-related activities :) , some e-mails, some short-term planning, and periodic revisiting of long-term plans/goals, some card/board /other game playing, some listening to music, some conversations with family and friends.

A typical day ends as a typical day begins -- with the night. :) Next day is a new beginning. :)

What is your typical day like???

I am not saying that I disagree with your discusting and pesimistic view of the hospital, there is some truth to what you are saying. However, in your world, people can just get treated at home, and never have to go to a hospital (since it's really only a Pre-Funeral home). I just wonder which would land them down under faster, staying home or going to a hospital??

Don't get me wrong, as Mr. Trudeau said, if he was in an accident and was seriously injured, then without a doubt a trauma center ER is the first place to be!! Drugs and surgery all the way to prevent death or serious bodily harm. This country in NUMBER 1 in trauma situations.. Thats theee only place for western and AMERICAN medicine..

Pneumonia doesn't start overnight first of all. If the system was arranged differently and the woman was in "prevention mode" prior to developing her weakened immune system, then perhaps she wouldn't be facing this situation.

Secondly, IF our MD's practiced Homeopathy as most medical doctors in Germany do, then perhaps super deadly antibiotics would not be necessary. You'd be surprised at the power of Homeopathy. This is one path in naturopathy i hardly believed until recently. I think it takes the platinum medal out of all natural therapies. Especially products made by a Homeopathic manufacturer in Germany named HEEL. Apparently, the company has been researching this since the late 1800's, was founded in the 1920's.

What really shocks me is that they are sold here by the company's affiliate in the USA, and labeled as a pharmaceutical stating "HOMEOPATHIC MEDICATION". They are the only products NOT required to have an FDA disclaimer, however, some of the most effective products REQUIRE A PRESCRIPTION!!! :). When i heard this I almost fell backwards. I asked a homeopath how could the FDA require a prescription for something that most MD's aren't educated in. He said "exactly, they don't want effective medicine being easily available"...:smoke:
