There are so many workout variations and choices to keep one in shape. The questionis....What choice do you make?
What choice of exercise do you choose for total body conditioning?
...it would help if you would explain why you made that choice. :)

There's this exercise program on FitTV called Gilad's Bodies in Motion. He does a combination of everything---aerobics, cardioboxing, bodybuilding, yoga. So 30 min of this every day really does a person some good :)
Yoga is really cool. I have this tape. It has different 7-8 min exercises for different kinds of problems a person might have with his body like indigestion, headache, stress, back pains. I love this tape. Even if u dont have problems, yoga is really good because u do a lot of relaxed breathing. :) Honestly, I've become a more calm human being and learned to let go of things that would normally drive me crazy.
Aerobics is awesome too. If u do it while listening to some quick dance music, u just get so much energy. U feel excellent afterwards.
If u dont exercise, start immediately.
i think weight training is a good work out because it makes u work hard gets ur heart pumpin and itg fun
