Which of the two do you think will better get its message across?
And do you think that the more shocking the ad is in general, the better it gets its message across in the advertising world?

The 2nd one gets the message accross more than the 1st one since it's more explicit and it shows the outcomes, including death, jail time, lifetime injuries, etc.

to your first question, I think the second one is better, and to your second question, I say DEFINITELY.
