Dear members,

I would like to formally ask you all NOT to replicate questions from other forums. The questions that are posted on other forums can be discussed there. For some of the discussion topics, duplication is not in the best interests of the community; this distracts from a meaningful discussion that is of interest to people around you and sometimes, simply, pollutes the forum. However, if you do feel that a particular topic deserves proper attention, rephrase it in your own words, rather than copying and pasting the same thing from elsewhere. Remember, we all want to hear your opinions and your concerns, not the questions asked by others !!!
